Beautiful mid century armchair fully reupholstered and recovered in gorgeous burnt orange, washable, sustainable velvet. This chair hides secrets - recently featured in The Presence of Absence exhibition at the Regency Town House, Brighton. Four doors conceal original glass fronted boxes by artist Frances Bloomfield. This unique concept chair reflects on how we hold our secrets and thoughts deeply sometimes, the great strength of fungi is in its mycelium root structure hidden beneath the ground, we don’t always reveal everything about ourselves but that can also be our strength.
